Zensai packaging update

At Zensai, we believe your platform experience should evolve alongside your organization - in your time, at your pace, while ensuring you have the functionality you need to get your work done today.

That’s why we’re introducing a new packaging journey designed to provide clearer orientation, greater long term value, and a more connected experience across our suite of learning, performance, and engagement products.

Starting in July 2026, this journey will be introduced gradually and thoughtfully. This is an informational update only, there will be no immediate changes to your current environment, access, or functionality, and no action required from you at this stage. 

What is changing

This update replaces our current individual product subscriptions across Learn365 and Perform365 & Engage365. Instead, we will offer one product, The Zensai Platform, with editions that naturally build on each other.

These editions reflect different sets of capabilities designed to support your organization’s goals across learning management, performance management, and employee engagement. This is a packaging update only and will not affect the core functionality of our product suite.

Zensai is here to help you achieve the outcomes that matter most to your organization today, and support your growth as your needs evolve over time. The change is in how capabilities are grouped and packaged to better align with different customer needs:

✨ Build a future-ready workforce

Our learning-focused edition, Grow, is designed to help you deliver onboarding, compliance, and development training that people complete, embedded in daily work, not managed through reminders and spreadsheets. Build workforce capabilities and role-relevant skills, not just course completion, with learning tied directly to work priorities and business outcomes.

With this edition, you can:

• Create structured onboarding, compliance, and role-based learning experiences embedded into daily work. 
• Build scalable, personalized learning programs, academies, and growth paths that support capability development across the organization. 
• Enable employees to continuously develop job-relevant skills and begin connecting learning with performance, growth, and business priorities.

Our performance-focused edition, Scale, is designed for organizations ready to introduce structured performance management that connects learning with performance and feedback, so coaching happens continuously, not annually. This edition contains all functionality included in the Grow edition.

With this edition, you can:

This edition represents the most complete vision of the Zensai Platform and is designed to help you achieve what we call Human Success: where employees feel engaged, supported, and empowered to grow and perform, and where people growth and business growth move together. This edition includes all functionality included in the Grow and Scale editions.

Why are we evolving our packaging?

Over time, many customers have expanded how they use the Zensai platform - moving beyond learning into broader people and organizational initiatives.

What started as learning management often evolved into:

Our new packaging structure is designed to reflect that journey and create:

What does this mean for you?

Nothing changes right now. You can continue using Zensai exactly as you do today, with no action required. 

The new packaging model is available for customers who are ready to transition. You can move to the new editions at any time, regardless of your renewal timing, if it makes sense for your organization. 

From October 1st, 2026 onward, all customers renewing will move to the new edition structure. From that point, the new edition structure will apply to all renewals as standard. Transitions will be handled in a way that closely aligns with each customer’s current experience and supports long-term success with Zensai. 

Our updated packaging is designed to make it easier to understand the different ways organizations can grow with Zensai over time, while also bringing additional value and capabilities into a clearer structure. 

The goal is to ensure customers continue getting the most value from their partnership with us. There is no expectation that organizations expand how they use the platform. Every customer journey is different, and whether you want to explore additional capabilities over time or simply continue focusing on the tasks and outcomes most important to your business right now, we’re here to support you.

Right now, our focus is simply to give you visibility into the new structure and provide clarity around how Zensai will continue supporting your organization in the future. Over time, you’ll receive guidance, resources, and opportunities to learn more about the different editions and capabilities available to you.

Customers who are ready can transition to the new editions at any time. This is not dependent on renewal timing. From October 1st, 2026 onward, all renewals will move to the new edition structure as standard.

When it becomes relevant, typically as part of future renewal conversations, we will work with you to identify the edition that best fits your organization’s goals, priorities, and ways of working. Do I need to do anything now?

No. This page is meant to provide early orientation and reassurance.

Will I lose anything I have today?

The functionality to deliver on the use cases you have today are included in the edition you would naturally transition to. The goal is to deliver additional value over time.

Do I have to move to another edition now?

No - the transition to the new packaging editions will happen as part of your renewal journey, starting from customers renewing after October 1st, 2026 and onwards. Zensai will guide you through the process and help identify the edition that best fits your organization’s goals and future needs.

Will I receive more information?

How and when will the transition to the new editions happen?

The transition to Zensai’s new editions is implemented in line with your current contractual agreement, including applicable notice periods and renewal terms. Changes will take effect at your next renewal date after October 1st, 2026, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Your renewal quotation will reflect the updated product structure, pricing, and the applicable governing SaaS agreement.
