Which Perform & Engage 365 features are available in my plan?

Introduction

The following plans outline progressively expanded capabilities for managing learning, performance, and employee engagement within an organization. Each plan is designed to support specific organizational needs while maintaining alignment between employee development, performance, and business objectives.

  • The Grow plan supports the delivery of scalable onboarding, compliance training, and role-specific skill development. Grow aligns learning activities with organizational priorities and employee career progression. 
  • The Scale plan includes everything in the Grow plan, and offers full Conversations and Goals / OKRs functionality, as well as additional app and personal settings.
  • The Transform plan contains the full set of Perform & Engage 365 features. 

 

NOTE   

All Learn365 features are available in all three plans.

 

In this article, we explain the scope of each Perform & Engage 365 feature in each plan, and how they support learning, performance, and employee engagement across your organization.

 

Available features on Perform & Engage 365 dashboards

The Me dashboard

Presents all employees with a visual summary of their performance and engagement.

Grow. The Dashboard tab includes My Check-ins, My conversations, My files, and My training tabs.

Scale. As in Grow, plus the Goals or OKRs card, and the Feedback tab.

Transform. Full functionality. As in Scale, plus the Engagement surveys tab.

The My team dashboard

Offers managers at-a-glance information, such as pending check-in reviews, the progress toward goals, and the number of mentions and pass-ups, about people in their team.

Grow. Includes the Team Overview table and the To Do card, which lists check-ins to review.

Scale. As in Grow, plus the Questions and Goals or OKRs tab, and the Questions dashboard card.

Transform. Full functionality. As in Scale, plus the Talent mapping and Goals or OKRs tabs and the Team card with Goals / OKRs and Questions.

The Organization dashboard

Offers admins access to administrative tools. It also provides an overview of Perform & Engage 365 analytics, such as organizational sentiment, check-ins at a glance, active questions, the 10Pulse Engagement Score, and a Mentions feed. 

Grow. Includes the Departments, Goals or OKRs, Conversations, and Manage tabs.

Scale. As in Grow, plus the Reports tab.

Transform. Full functionality. As in Scale, plus the following tabs: Questions, Check-ins, Talent mapping, Training, Engagement surveys, and the Sentiment / Check-ins and 10Pulse Engagement Score cards on the dashboard.

The Following dashboard

Displays activity from people whose accounts you're following, as well as any pending follow requests. When you following someone's account, you can view their profile as their manager, and review their check-ins.

The HRBP dashboard

Enables users with the HR Business Partner role to step in as administrators. 

Grow. Includes the Dashboard and Employees tabs. 

Scale. As in Grow, plus the Reports tab.

Transform. Full functionality. As in Scale, plus the following tabs: Talent mapping, Training, Engagement surveys, and the Sentiment / Check-ins cards on the dashboard.

Departments

Enables super admins to create and edit departments, view department details, and add users to departments. 

Full functionality for all plans.

Questions

Enables super admins to manage check-in questions (and question groups in Transform), and to configure the questions for different check-in types across the organization. 

Grow. One organization-level check-in schedule can be configured, where up to seven check-in questions can be used, without question groups. The questions can either be custom, or selected from the question library. 

Scale. As in Grow.

Transform. Full functionality, including the ability to create question groups.

Check-ins

Provides framework for meaningful two-way feedback between employees and managers via structured questions.

Grow. Only one, organization level check-in schedule can be configured. There’s no limit on the number of ad-hoc check-ins.

Scale. As in Grow.

Transform. Full functionality. As in Scale, plus the ability to share recognition (kudos) to a dedicated Teams channel.

Goals or OKRs

Enables employees to set, track, and manage goals with measurable outcomes. Goals or OKRs can be updated either via the Goals or OKRs page or during check-ins.

Grow. Organization-level goals and OKRs only.

Scale. Full functionality, including AI goal and OKR generation, goal progress tracking, alignment, and cascading. Additionally, managers can ask the Copilot goals agent to generate goals and OKRs for their teams and team members based on their check-ins.

Transform. Full functionality, as in Scale.

Conversations

Enables managers to review employee's performance, schedule 1:1 discussions, and request feedback from anyone at the organization about employees. 

Grow. One conversation plan per year at organization level is available with customizable Annual Performance & Development Review template. The conversation can be run only on an ad hoc basis.

Scale. Full functionality, including AI review preparation summaries for employees and AI feedback coaching for managers.

Transform. Full functionality, as in Scale.

Enables super admins to add, manage, and delete users.

Select the cog icon at the top of your dashboard then User Settings or select the icon with either your photo or initials then Settings

Grow. Conversation Templates, Advanced Organization Settings (limited), Integrations, and API keys settings are included.

Scale. As in Grow, plus Competency Management settings, and full Goals settings in Advanced Organization Settings.

Transform. Full functionality. Includes all settings from the Scale plan, plus Competency management, and in Advanced Organization Settings - Feedback and Leave management settings.

 

Profile settings

These settings are accessible via user icon > Settings. 

Grow. Includes Profile, Notifications, Password, Delegate, Followers, and Following tabs.

Scale. As in Grow, plus the Vacation tab.

Transform. Full functionality. As in Scale, including Vacation settings and Engagement Surveys settings in the Notifications tab.
