What's New in the Human Success Platform, June 2026

Welcome to the June 2026 update!

This month's release brings exciting enhancements across the Human Success Platform. From the first version of our unified app, enhanced learning tracking, and smarter completion settings to new administration capabilities and experience improvements in Perform & Engage 365, this release introduces new features and usability enhancements designed to help you get even more out of your Zensai solutions.

Human Success Platform

A more connected experience with the Unified Zensai app

We’re taking the next step towards a more seamless experience across Learn, Perform, and Engage with the introduction of the first version of the Unified Zensai app in Microsoft Teams.

With everything in one place, it’s now easier than ever to stay on top of your tasks and navigate across the platform.

What this means for you:

  • A central dashboard showing what needs your attention in real time
  • Quick access to training, check-ins, goals, and more
  • A more streamlined way to navigate between learning and performance activities

Your benefit: You can spend more time focusing on what really matters – your development, your goals, and your day-to-day priorities.

Please note: The Unified Zensai app is being rolled out in stages to ensure the best possible experience for all of you. Availability may vary depending on your current setup and licensing. In the coming releases, the solution will continue to evolve and additional capabilities such as multi-language support, unified chat, unified notifications, etc. will be added bringing us first to feature parity with the existing apps and then beyond.

For existing customers, we recommend staying on current standalone apps until after the summer to ensure feature parity before making the switch.


Learn365

Keep track of your learning time - structured, categorized, and visible

Understanding how much time is invested in learning - and in which areas - has always been an important part of both development and compliance. With this release, this visibility becomes even more integrated into your everyday experience.

At the organizational level, learning time tracking can now be configured centrally: admins define the categories that matter most - such as compliance, auditing, or sustainability - and can decide how these should be tracked, whether validation is required, and how they should appear in reporting.

Once enabled, learners can register their learning time directly in the platform and assign it to these predefined categories, creating a clear and structured view of development across different topics and requirements.

For organizations that require validation, learning time entries can also follow an approval process defined by the admin. Managers gain visibility into submitted entries and can review and confirm them, ensuring that recorded hours are reliable and aligned with internal or regulatory expectations.

Once registered and approved, learning time becomes part of the overall learning record - appearing in transcripts and reports, and contributing to a more complete understanding of how development happens across the organization.

Whether it’s professional certifications, compliance training, or continuous development, learning time can now be captured in a consistent and meaningful way - all in one place.

As time is logged, learners simply add the relevant training details, assign the time to the appropriate category (or categories), and - if needed - include supporting documentation such as certificates. This ensures that learning is not just recorded, but clearly connected to the areas that matter most.

More meaningful course completion with minimum assessment grade settings

Building on the recent introduction of assessment grading, you can now take course completion one step further.

With the new minimum required assessment grade setting, you can define the level learners need to achieve to complete a course for assessments, too.

Perform & Engage 365

Improved Administration Experience in Perform & Engage 365

We're introducing several updates to make administering Perform & Engage 365 even simpler. From streamlined workflows to a refreshed interface, these enhancements are designed to save time and improve the overall admin experience.

A refreshed Organization Settings page

The Organization Settings screen has been updated with a cleaner, more modern layout that makes configuration options easier to find and manage. The new design helps administrators navigate settings more efficiently while creating a more consistent experience across the administration portal.

New Email Template Editor

We're introducing a brand-new Email Template Editor, giving administrators a dedicated and user-friendly way to create, review, and maintain email notification templates. A faster and more intuitive Bulk Upload experience

We've completely redesigned the Bulk Upload interface to make importing users and data simpler and more efficient. The updated experience offers a cleaner workflow that makes navigating uploads easier and helps administrators complete bulk operations with greater confidence.

Enhanced HR Business Partner Management

Managing HR Business Partner assignments is now even more streamlined. A new management dialog on the Organization Person Management pages allows administrators to enable or disable HR Business Partner access for individual users and easily manage the employees assigned to each HR Business Partner - all from a single, centralized location.
