Conversations and development plans

We've added a new To do List element, which enables participants to create and manage actionable tasks within conversations and development activities.

Admins can now mark all non-dynamic conversation elements as mandatory, helping ensure required information is completed before a conversation can be submitted.

Added support for ad hoc feedback reviews, providing a more flexible way to gather and review feedback outside of structured review cycles.

Template designers can now move elements between stages directly within the Template editor, making template maintenance easier.

Admins can now create a copy of an existing custom conversation template, reducing the effort required to build similar templates.

Added the ability to duplicate individual elements within a conversation template, simplifying template creation and editing.

Admins can now unpublish conversation templates when they are no longer required or should be removed from use.

Development plans now reuse the Conversations To do component, providing a more consistent task management experience across the platform.

Added a new action that enables admins to refresh reviewers assigned to conversation plans.

Manager-based performance review reviewers are now automatically refreshed when user and Active Directory synchronizations are run.

Managers can now view their team's career development plans, providing better visibility into employee development activities.

Employee files and attachments

Attachments from responses, goals, conversations, and performance reviews can now be viewed in Employee Files, providing a more complete record of employee activity.

Template editor and administration

Certain template fields are now read-only in Django Admin to help prevent unintended configuration changes.

Added asynchronous person-property search functionality to the performance review template editor's admin picker, improving performance when working with large user directories.

Introduced the initial groundwork for a Super Admin-only Conversations Product Manager dashboard.

Enhanced button styling for the Markdown Editor toolbar in dark mode.

Streamlined the Template editor top bar to reduce visual clutter and improve usability.

Data management and administration

Added support for a unique Zensai Environment ID mapped one-to-one with each organization.

Organization data exports can now run asynchronously, with delivery via email and a dedicated job status page to track progress.

Added GitHub Copilot OpenTelemetry monitoring integration with Application Insights.

Enhanced Userpilot integrations by including Tenant ID and user role information.

Optimized activity feed APIs by addressing N+1 query patterns and adding missing database indexes.
