September 2026: 3.69.0 - 3.71.0

Perform & Engage 365 (v.3.71.0) | September 17, 2026

This release focuses on:

  • Enhancing the Career Framework experience
  • Enhancing conversations and check-ins
  • Enhancing administration and license management.

Updates and enhancements

Career Framework

The career paths overview now provides greater visibility into role assignments. When viewing a career path, admins can see an overview of the roles assigned to that career path directly from the overview dialog.

Career Framework now supports Draft and Published states, giving admins more control over when changes become visible to users.

Conversations and check-ins

Users can now complete conversations regardless of whether they are working in the web application or Microsoft Teams, providing a more consistent experience across platforms.

Conversation creators can now add hyperlinks to content elements when creating conversations. This makes it easier to direct participants to supporting resources, documents, and external content.

The check-in rating experience has been enhanced by replacing the Skip rating checkbox with a dedicated unanswered state. This provides a clearer distinction between providing a rating and intentionally leaving a response unanswered.

Several small usability and interface enhancements have been made to the Responses tab to improve the overall user experience.

License management

The License Seats page has been enhanced with several new management capabilities, including:

  • Archived-user filtering
  • Search functionality
  • Cross-page selection support
  • A sync-default toggle.

These enhancements make it easier for admins to manage large numbers of license assignments.

Goals

References to Weekly10 have been removed from goal bulk-upload column headers to align terminology with current product naming.

Resolved issues

Attachments added when updating goal progress from the goals list page are correctly displayed in the user's file storage areas, including the Files section of the user profile. Previously, these attachments weren't visible from My Files or the Files tab on the user profile.

Resolved an issue where interface components could remain visible even when the associated section visibility settings should have hidden them.

Resolved an issue affecting pull request notification emails. Links now display correctly when viewing emails in light mode. Previously, links could be difficult or impossible to see.

Resolved an issue where activity feed links could become invalid after a performance review stage was changed. Previously, the link could direct users to an incorrect or unavailable location.

The Organization dashboard now handles archived users more consistently when calculating completion metrics. Previously, the Complete count could include archived users while the related analytics chart didn't, leading to discrepancies between the two views.

Resolved an issue where expected competency levels weren't displayed correctly.
