Announcement: Unified sign-in experience across Zensai on September 28, 2026

Introduction

On Monday, September 28, 2026, we're introducing an update that will unify access to Learn365, Perform & Engage 365, and other Zensai services under a single domain: app.zensai.com.

This change provides a more consistent sign-in experience, reduces authentication issues, and makes it easier to move between different areas of the Zensai platform without needing to sign in multiple times.

What's changing?

Currently, different areas of the Zensai platform can use different web addresses. From Monday, September 28, 2026, users will be redirected to a single domain:

app.zensai.com

This change affects the URLs used to access Zensai products and services, but it doesn't affect your data, course enrollments, learning progress, or platform configuration.

Who will be affected?

This change primarily affects admins and managers who access Zensai services directly through a web browser. Most learners won't be affected. Learners who access Learn365 through SharePoint will continue to use their existing SharePoint URLs (for example, companydomain.sharepoint.com) to access My Training Dashboard, the course catalog, and learning content.

Customers on Grow, Scale, and Transform plans who installed after June 8, 2026, should use app.zensai.com as their primary entry point to the Zensai platform. We recommend updating any bookmarks and links to point to app.zensai.com instead of legacy 365.systems URLs.

Benefits of the change

Using a single domain will:

• Enhance the Single Sign-On (SSO) experience across the Zensai platform.
• Reduce the need for additional sign-ins when moving between products and features.
• Provide a more consistent and seamless user experience.
• Reduce issues caused by accessing different parts of the platform through different web addresses.

What do users need to do?

Update bookmarks

To avoid unnecessary redirects and potential reauthentication prompts, we recommend updating any saved bookmarks to use app.zensai.com after the release.

Start using app.zensai.com

For customers on the new Grow, Scale, and Transform plans who installed after June 8, 2026, we recommend using app.zensai.com as the primary entry point for accessing the Zensai platform and Learn365 Admin Center.

Admins can then navigate to the Perform & Engage 365 administration area from within the platform as needed.

Review browser pop-up settings

Some learning content, such as SCORM packages, may open in a new browser tab or window.

After the change, users may see browser warnings that block pop-up windows from app.zensai.com. If this occurs, users should allow pop-ups for this domain to ensure learning content opens correctly.

Ask your IT team to whitelist the new domain

To help ensure uninterrupted access, we recommend that your IT team adds app.zensai.com to your organization's allowlist or whitelist.

What to expect after the release

Customers on legacy Learn365 plans will also experience the domain transition. Existing URLs, bookmarks, email links, and deep links will continue to function through automatic redirects, helping ensure a seamless transition.

The following links will continue to function:

• Saved bookmarks
• Previous email notifications
• Shared URLs
• Deep links to specific content

Users will be redirected automatically to the equivalent page on the new domain.

You may be asked to sign in again

The first time a user accesses the platform through an existing link after the change, they may be redirected to the new domain and asked to authenticate again.

This is expected behavior and should occur only during the transition.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to update my bookmarks?

Yes. We strongly recommend updating bookmarks to app.zensai.com to provide the best experience and reduce redirects.

Will links in old emails still work?

Yes. Existing email links and notifications will continue to work and will redirect users automatically to the new domain.

Do users need to re-enroll in courses?

No. Course enrollments, learning history, and learner progress aren't affected by this change.

Will there be any downtime?

No. This is a backend infrastructure update and no downtime is expected.

Will links to specific courses, learning plans, or other content still work?

Yes. Existing deep links will continue to work and will redirect users to the corresponding content on the new domain.

Why do I see a Microsoft consent request when opening app.zensai.com?

Some customers on legacy Learn365 plans (Standard, Professional, and Select) might see a consent request for the Zensai Entra ID application. If this occurs, we recommend that your Microsoft 365 global admin grants consent on behalf of the organization. This will ensure users can access the platform without being prompted individually.

Government Cloud customers

Customers using Government Cloud will transition to the zensai.us domain at a later date. Further information will be provided before that rollout begins.
