Conversations and campaign management
Admins can now use a search box on the conversation plans and templates pages, making it easier to find and manage conversation content as the number of plans and templates grows.
Conversation campaigns can now be launched on the same day they are created, providing greater flexibility when responding to immediate business needs.
A new triannual scheduling option has been added to the campaign wizard, enabling organizations to run campaigns three times per year.
Person property-based conversation plans now support configurable buffer days, providing greater control over when conversations are generated relative to property-based trigger dates.
Admins can now manually trigger scheduled campaign conversation checks, helping ensure that eligible conversations are generated when required.
Newly created conversations can now be sent directly to the next stage as part of the conversation workflow, reducing manual administration.
Template editor and authoring enhancements
References to "employee" have been updated to "focus person" within the template editor, providing more consistent and role-appropriate terminology.
Template designers can now add an optional description to scale elements, helping provide additional context and guidance for participants.
Career frameworks now display descriptions for career path levels and role levels, helping users better understand progression criteria and role expectations.
Scale calculation enhancements
Scale calculations that don't contain any inputs are now identified as invalid during publishing, preventing configuration issues from reaching participants.
Users now receive an error notification when moving a section or stage is blocked by an existing scale calculation dependency.
The scale calculation editor now more clearly indicates that total calculations ignore weighting values.
User experience and navigation
Notification deep links now direct users to the web experience rather than Microsoft Teams, providing a more consistent navigation experience.
The legacy user interface and UI switcher have been removed, simplifying the experience and reducing platform complexity.
