Perform & Engage 365 (v.3.76.0) | October 21, 2026
This release focuses on:
- Improving Conversations with role-based template previews, search, sorting, and more flexible campaign reporting.
- Providing greater flexibility when managing calendar availability.
- Enhancing the user experience with custom branding, alongside security and maintenance updates.
Updates and enhancements
Conversations
You can now preview a conversation template from the perspective of different participant roles. This makes it easier to understand how the template will appear to each participant before it's used in a conversation.
Dynamic elements in conversation templates now display sample data when you preview a template. This provides a more representative preview of how the completed template will appear when it's used in a conversation.
We've made it easier to find conversations in the Conversations grid by adding search and improving the default order in which conversations are displayed.
You can now define a custom reporting period for a campaign by selecting its start and end dates. This provides greater flexibility when reporting periods don't correspond to the predefined options.
Calendar availability
Calendar availability settings can now be configured to ignore selected availability statuses. This provides greater control over which calendar statuses are taken into account when determining availability.
Security and maintenance
We've addressed a potential cross-site scripting vulnerability to improve application security.
Resolved issues
We've improved the readability of navigation tabs when custom branding uses the same color for the tenant's primary and header colors.
We've increased the period available for selecting conversations when closing a conversation in Conversations v1.
