Updates and enhancements
Development plans
The development plan side panel now displays the description for the relevant role, providing additional context when viewing role information.
Conversations
A Skip zero option is now available when configuring a scale calculation element. This enables zero values to be excluded from the calculation when appropriate. This builds on the scale calculation functionality already introduced for Campaigns (Conversations v2), where calculations can use weighted averages or totals across referenced scale questions.
Resolved issues
We've resolved an issue affecting 360 feedback in the legacy Conversations experience.
We've also resolved an issue where competencies weren't displayed in the 360 Feedback element after a review was closed. Competencies are now displayed when viewing the closed review and in its PDF.
We've resolved an issue in the legacy Conversations experience where moving a conversation back to a previous stage could disable automatic stage closure.
We've restored native browser new-tab behaviour in the web top bar.
