"Oops, something went wrong" error appears while logging to the Learn365 mobile app

When logging in to the Learn365 mobile app, users may face the "Oops, something went wrong, please try again" error.

This article describes the possible causes of this issue and provides solutions to it.

If you see the "Oops, something went wrong, please try again" error displayed while logging in to the Learn365 mobile app, the reasons for this error may be:

  • An incorrect tenant URL is used.

When logging in, check the Allow me to modify Tenant URL box and select Log in. After that, you will see the URL of the tenant for the Learn365 solution. Check whether the URL is entered correctly – if it is correct, a green check mark should appear next to it. A red cross indicates the URL is incorrect.   • The version of the Learn365 mobile app is not supported. 

The version of the Learn365 mobile app on your device may be out of date. When a new version is released, users will receive a notification in the mobile app that states a new version is available.
