With Envision IT's partnership with Learn365, we have established a shared Zendesk ticketing system so we can route any issues you may encounter with the Extranet User Manager (EUM) product to the appropriate team.

When you purchase EUM, you will receive a "Welcome to EUM" email. This email provides an overview and information about your installation.
