This article shows how customers can resolve issues relating to logging in to the Zendesk ticket system.
When you try to log in to the Zendesk ticket system, if you use the Sign in with Microsoft option to sign in, you might experience an infinite loop that leads you back to the sign in options.
In this issue occurs, you should reset your password by selecting Forgot password?
You'll receive an email that contains a link to reset your password.
Once you've selected the link, your method of authentication will be via your Microsoft 365 account and Zendesk password.
NOTE
Your tickets and history will still be available after you've reset your password.
