We are thrilled to share updates coming to your Learn365 platform, aimed at enhancing your user experience. These changes will help streamline navigation, improve accessibility, and offer a more engaging and modern interface.
What’s Changing?
1. Course Player Updates (Coming March 31, 2025)
We’re making the first improvements to the course player, laying the groundwork for a smoother and more streamlined learning experience. While these updates are just the beginning, they set the stage for more significant enhancements to come.
-
Improved Left-Hand Navigation
The left-hand navigation panel has been visually updated for a cleaner and more modern look. While the functionality remains the same, the refreshed design improves clarity and makes it easier to track course progress.
-
Updated UI Design
The player interface has been refreshed to enhance usability and provide a more modern, visually appealing experience – improving readability and ease of navigation.
-
New Exit Button
We’ve updated the exit button for easier access, ensuring users can smoothly leave the course or return to the previous screen without confusion.
2. Course Catalog Enhancements (Coming May 26, 2025)
To improve the way users interact with course catalogs, we are introducing powerful updates that make navigation more intuitive and user-friendly. This is just the first step in modernizing the catalog experience, and more improvements will follow. Additionally, the entire catalog view has been redesigned, offering a fresher and more modern look.
-
All Catalog View
One of the key features is the new ability to view all available catalogs in one place. This means no more switching between different catalogs – users can now see all courses at a glance. Of course, if users want to focus on a specific catalog, they can still select individual catalogs based on their needs. Users will only see courses from catalogs they have permission to access.
-
Re-designed Search Functionality
Searching for courses just got more enjoyable. The re-designed search function comes with a modern, playful design that encourages users to interact and find exactly what they’re looking for. Whether searching by title, category, or other filters, users will experience faster and more efficient results.
How Will These Updates Be Rolled Out?
- March 31, 2025 – Course Player updates will be released.
- May 26, 2025 – Course Catalog enhancements will be introduced.
While these are the first rounds of updates, there will be additional enhancements and features coming in future releases. But we didn’t want to hold these changes back!

Important Notes for SharePoint-Only Users
Please note that these changes will not be available for customers using Learn365 solely within SharePoint at this time. However, the implementation of the redesigned pages for SharePoint is scheduled for release in the coming months. We will provide further updates as we approach this release.
