Switch to the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1 method for importing Go1 courses

Introduction

As we continue to enhance the integration between Learn365 and Go1, from February 16, 2026, the only method of importing Go1 courses for all customers will be via the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1. On this date, we'll remove the option to import Go1 courses via the Learn365 user interface.

To prepare for this change, organizations that currently import Go1 courses via the Learn365 user interface need to switch to the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1 by February 16, 2025. If your organization doesn't switch, you won't be able to import Go1 courses into Learn365.

This article shows how LMS admins switch to the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1 method for importing Go1 courses.

Switch to the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1

Required role: LMS admin.

1. As an LMS admin, go to the Learn365 Admin Center > Global Settings > LMS Configuration > Content365.

2. Select Manage on the Go1 tile. The Go1 panel opens.

You'll need to disconnect from Go1 then reconnect before you can use the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1 effectively.

3. On the Go1 panel, select Disconnect.

4. Confirm the action by selecting OK.

5. Reconnect to Go1. For more information, see Integrate Learn365 with Go1 in this article.

6. Toggle the Use Content hub option On.

This toggle isn't displayed for customers with a Learn365 Select subscription because they can import courses only via the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1.

Import Go1 courses into Learn365

Once the LMS admin has switched to the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1 method, catalog admins can import Go1 courses into Learn365.

Before catalog admins import Go1 courses into Learn365, they should complete an important configuration step in the Go1 portal to avoid potential errors during import.
