Switch to the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1 method for importing Go1 courses

Introduction

As we continue to enhance the integration between Learn365 and Go1, from June 8, 2026, the only method of importing Go1 courses is via the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1. We've removed the option to import Go1 courses via the Learn365 user interface.

From June 8, 2026:

  • Organizations that manually switched to the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1 can't revert to importing Go1 courses via the Learn365 user interface.
  • Organizations that didn't manually switch to the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1 are migrated automatically. Additionally, they can't revert to importing Go1 courses via the Learn365 user interface.

For information about how to set up the integration between Learn365 and Go1, see this article.

Import Go1 courses into Learn365

Before catalog admins import Go1 courses into Learn365, they should complete an important configuration step in the Go1 portal to avoid potential errors during import. For more information about this important step, see Before you start in the Import Go1 courses via the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1 section in this article.

Once catalog admins complete the configuration step, they can import Go1 courses via the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1. For more information, see Import Go1 courses via the Learn365 content hub powered by Go1 in this article.
