Reactivate a paused account in Perform & Engage 365

Introduction

Required role: Super admin.

When an employee was absent from work for an extended period of time, you might have paused their account in Perform & Engage 365 so they wouldn't be asked to complete their scheduled check-in, receive reminder notifications, and so on.

When the employee returns to work, you should reactivate their account.

Reactivate a paused account

1. Enter all or part of the name of the employee whose account you want to reinstate in the search bar at the top of any page.

2. Select their name. The employee's Profile page opens.

3. In the panel that displays their name, check-in schedule, and email address, select the View user in org chart icon. The Team of <manager's name> opens. This page shows all the members of the manager's team.

4. Find the employee whose account you want to reinstate.

5. Select User is paused - click to re-activate Account (the play icon) on the right-hand side of the employee's row. The Activate user dialog opens.

6. To reactivate the employee's account, select YES. Otherwise, select CANCEL.
