Install, configure, and log in to the Engage365 mobile app

With the Engage365 mobile app, employees can complete their check-ins, see a list of their completed and upcoming check-ins, and leave comments for check-ins, while managers can review check-ins, share check-in responses, and send reminders about check-ins to employees. 

In this article, we describe how users install the Engage365 mobile app on their devices and how to update it when a new version is available.

 

Requirements

The Engage365 mobile app supports the following platforms:

  • iOS 11 or later.
  • Android 5.0 (API level 21) or later.

To install the Engage365 mobile app, each user needs to download it to their mobile device from either Apple's App Store or Google Play.

 

Onboarding Screen

On opening the app for the first time after installation, users will see the onboarding screen. It contains a few pages of basic information about the app.

Users can swipe left and right to navigate between the onboarding topics.

Select Get Started to go to the login screen.

 

Log in to the Engage365 mobile app

Login to the Engage365 mobile app requires users to have a Microsoft account.

To log in to the Engage365 mobile app, users follow these steps:

1. Open the app.

2. If this is the first time they open the app after installation, select Get Started on the onboarding screen.

3. Enter an Email address and select Sign in.

4. Enter a password and, if required by the organization, authenticate through the Microsoft Authenticator.

After a successful login, users are redirected to the main screen of the app.

By logging in to the Engage365 mobile app, users accept its Terms of use and Privacy Policy

 

Configure the Engage365 mobile app

Users can open the app settings by tapping the icon with their avatar on the top left-hand side of the screen.

The settings include:

  • User’s details. The user's full name and their email address, displayed at the top of the settings panel.
  • Language settings. Users can change the language of the app by selecting the relevant language from the list, selecting Save, and confirming their choice.
  • Help. Redirects users to the Zensai website.
  • Sign out. Users sign out of the app by selecting this option and confirming the action. When signed out, users are redirected to the login page of the app.

 

Update the Engage365 mobile app

Engage365 mobile app users need to update the app to get access to new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Depending on the user’s device and its settings, updates can happen automatically or manually. For more information about the update process, see the following articles:

  • To ensure users have access to the latest features and enhancements, we strongly advise they update their Engage365 mobile app to the most recent version.
  • We can't guarantee the best user experience when running older versions of the mobile app.
