Integrate Perform & Engage 365 with Microsoft Teams

Introduction

You can integrate Perform & Engage 365 with Microsoft Teams by installing the Perform & Engage 365 app for users across your organization.

With this integration in place, users can interact with Perform & Engage 365 and receive relevant notifications directly in Teams. For example, employees can complete check-ins and set goals, and get notified when a check-in is due or has been reviewed by their manager. Managers can review check-ins and goals, and receive notifications when they need to take action.

Managers can also share responses and kudos in Teams channels, if this is configured. For more information, see this article.

The app can be installed for all users at the organization by default, or manually by individual users.

The Microsoft 365 global admin and Teams admin can access to the Manage apps page in the Microsoft Teams admin center. Here, they can set up app permission policiesapp setup policies, and custom app policies and settings to configure the app experience for users and choose which apps will be installed by default for users when they start Teams. For more information, see the Microsoft article.

NOTE

Users must have an active Zensai account and a valid Microsoft Teams license to access Perform & Engage 365.
