On-demand resources for self-help

You can access product documentation and find answers to frequently asked questions at any time in the Zensai Help Center.

The Zensai Help Center includes resources for:

  • Learn 365
  • Perform & Engage 365

Use the search bar to find relevant articles, or navigate through the product categories on the Help Center home page.

 

Get help from a support agent

If you need assistance from one of our support agents, we're here to help.

The Zensai Product Support team is ready to assist when you encounter issues related to Learn 365, Perform & Engage 365, and related product areas.

The Zensai Product Support team provides support in English, Monday through Friday, 24/5.

We'll get back to you and work on your request as soon as possible, and within the agreement in your Service Level Agreement (SLA).

 

Submit a request

You can submit a request via the Zensai Help Center at any time.

To submit a request, select the relevant request form:

  • Learn 365
  • Perform & Engage 365

Selecting the correct form helps us route your request to the right support team and collect the information needed to investigate your issue.

After you submit the request, you'll receive a confirmation email and can continue the conversation from there.

 

Sign in to submit and manage requests

To submit a request, you'll need to have a verified account for the Zensai Help Center and be signed in.

When you're signed in, you can follow the progress of your submitted requests and view your communication with the Zensai Product Support team.

Your Zensai Help Center account is unique for the Help Center and isn't linked to your Zensai Academy account.

If you don't have a Zensai Help Center account, you'll need to create and verify one before submitting a request.

 

Follow up on your requests

After you've submitted a request, you can follow up from your email confirmation or from your Help Center profile.

To view your requests in the Zensai Help Center:

  1. Sign in to the Zensai Help Center.
  2. Select your profile icon.
  3. Select My activities.
  4. Open the relevant request.

 

Zensai Support via live chat

Our Zensai Support live chat on the Zensai Help Center is available during our support operating hours for instant messaging with a support agent.

If live chat is available, you can start a conversation from the chat widget in the Help Center.
