Learning time notifications are applied to all course catalogs on the tenant.

Learning time approved
Description
This notification is sent to inform learners that their learning time hours submission for external or informal training was approved.
What triggers the notification?
The Learning time approved notification is triggered when learning time for external or informal training is recorded, approval is required, and has been given by the line manager.
Default recipients in the To and Cc fields
Learner.
Delivery type
Email.
Default settings
The Learning time approved notification with default settings provides the following information:
- To. The learner this notification is sent to.
- Training title. The name of the course for which learning time was recorded.
- Category. The name of the learning time category that hours were recorded against.
- Learner. The learner's name.
- Date submitted. The exact date and time the learner submitted their learning time.
- Course duration (standard format). The number of learning hours submitted.
- Reviewed by. The name of the line manager, proxy manager, or delegate who reviewed the learning time submission.

Description
This notification is sent to inform learners that their learning time hours submission for external or informal training was rejected.
What triggers the notification?
The Learning time rejected notification is triggered when learning time for external or informal training is recorded, line manager approval is required, and the line manager rejects the submission.

Learner.
