Languages supported by the Zensai app

Introduction

The Zensai app combines Learning, Performance, and Engagement into a single experience. The language displayed depends on the language selected in Teams or your browser, and whether that language is supported across Learning, Performance, and Engagement.

Languages supported across the Zensai app

The following languages are supported across Learning, Performance, and Engagement. If you select one of these languages, you'll have a consistent language experience throughout the Zensai app.

  • Chinese (Simplified, China)
  • Czech*
  • Danish*
  • Dutch
  • English (United States)
  • French (France)
  • German (Germany)
  • Italian*
  • Japanese
  • Polish*
  • Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Portuguese (Portugal)
  • Spanish (Spain)

* Coming to Performance and Engagement very soon.

For more information about languages that are supported only in Learning, Performance, or Engagement, see the table in the Summary.

How language selection works in the Zensai app

If you use Microsoft Teams, the Zensai app uses the language selected in Teams. If you don't use Teams, the app uses your browser language.

If your selected language is supported in Learning but not in Performance and Engagement:

  • Learning pages are displayed in your selected language.
  • Performance and Engagement pages are displayed in your organization's default Performance and Engagement language.
  • When you return to Learning, the interface switches back to your selected language.

Global screens in the Zensai app, such as the left-hand navigation and Global home screen, are translated into all languages supported by Learn365.

EXAMPLE

You select Italian as your preferred language.

  • Learning pages are displayed in Italian.
  • Performance and Engagement pages are displayed in your organization's default language.
  • When you return to Learning, Italian is displayed again.
