The License tab shows a read-only summary of your organization's Perform & Engage 365 licensing information. From here, you can see the features and services enabled at your organization, and how licenses are being distributed across your organization. This information helps ensure your organization is correctly licensed and prepared to use Perform & Engage 365 according to your subscription.
Having visibility into license usage can help admins manage access to Perform & Engage 365, plan for future growth, and identify whether additional licenses might be required.

1. Select the cog icon at the top of your dashboard then Organization Settings. The settings page opens on the License tab.
2. Select the License tab. The License Summary page opens.
What information is displayed on the License Summary page?
The License Summary page provides information about your organization's Perform & Engage 365 license, its current user count, and enabled product features.
Depending on your subscription and configuration, the page might display information such as:
- Your organization Name in the Organization section.
- The number of licenses available to your organization and the number of Active Users (that is to say, the licenses that are currently in use) in the User Count section. The user count is synchronized with Learn365. If the displayed numbers don't match your expected usage, verify that the relevant users have been added to a Learn365 catalog or assigned the LMS admin role.
- The Enabled Features at your organization.
This information helps admins understand how licenses are being consumed across the organization and whether sufficient licensing capacity is available.
By reviewing license information regularly, admins can make informed decisions about user access and future licensing needs.
We recommend you check available license capacity before onboarding large numbers of users.
