Configure organization settings in Perform & Engage365

Introduction

Required role: Super admin.

Many organization settings are configured during the initial onboarding process, but they can also be updated later as your requirements change. To access these settings, select the cog icon at the top of your dashboard then Organization Settings. The settings page opens on the License tab.

Organizations that also use Learn365 can access these organization settings from the Learn365 Admin Center by selecting Perform & Engage settings in the left-hand navigation menu.

In addition to the organization settings described in this article, Super admins can configure advanced organization settings. For more information, see this article.

Bulk upload

Use the Bulk Upload tab to add or update large amounts of information efficiently using CSV files. Email server configuration

Use the Email Server Configuration tab to configure how Perform & Engage 365 sends email notifications. You can choose whether to use the platform's default email service or configure your own email infrastructure. Proper email configuration helps ensure that notifications, reminders, and other system-generated communications are delivered reliably to users.

For more information, see this article.

Default Notification Settings

Use the Default Notification Settings tab to define how notification emails and reminders behave across the organization. These settings help establish a consistent notification experience for users and allow organizations to balance timely communication with notification volume. Reviewing these settings during onboarding can help ensure users receive relevant updates without unnecessary noise.

Person Properties

Use the Person Properties tab to create and manage additional information that can be stored against user profiles.
