Learn365 mobile app version
Learn365 web browser users automatically get the newest version of Learn365 when a release is rolled out. Learn365 mobile app users need to actively update the app to get access to new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
When a new version of the mobile app is released, users receive a notification in the app.
If a user has the most recent major release of the Learn365 mobile app installed, the following notification is displayed: "A new version is available. Would you like to update now?". Selecting Update now redirects the user to the App Store or Google Play (for Android and iOS respectively). Selecting Not now hides this message for 48 hours.
If a user has an older version of the Learn365 mobile app installed, the following notification is displayed: "You are using an outdated version of the application. Please, update to the latest version". Selecting Update now redirects the user to the App Store or Google Play (for Android and iOS respectively). Selecting Not now hides this message until the next major release of the Learn365 mobile app is available.
NOTE
-
To ensure users have access to the latest features and enhancements, we strongly advise they update their Learn365 mobile app to the most recent version.
- We can't guarantee the best user experience when running older versions of the mobile app.
- If the Learn365 mobile app is used in offline mode, it can't automatically check whether there's a new version available, and the user won't receive any suggestions to update to the latest version of the app. Also, a user's training records are stored in the Learn365 mobile app and are synchronized with Learn365 when a connection to the internet is re-established.
