Introduction
Required role: IT admins. Super admins with the Microsoft 365 global admin role can also set up the sync.
You can sync training in Learn365 with Perform & Engage 365. When configured, you'll see assigned, in progress, and completed courses and training plans in Perform & Engage 365 training screens and components, including conversation templates.
You must have the IT admin role in Perform & Engage 365, or the Super admin role with the Microsoft 365 global admin role, to set up the sync between Perform & Engage 365 and Microsoft Entra ID. If you need any help with these permissions or for more information, contact Zensai Product Support.
Configure a Learn365 API key for Perform & Engage 365
We suggest you configure a Learn365 API key with Full control permissions for the purposes of setting up the sync between Perform & Engage 365 and Learn365.

Once configured, copy the key and continue to the following steps.
Apply the Learn365 key
Required role: IT admins, Super admins with the Microsoft 365 global admin role.
1. Log in to Perform & Engage 365 on the web platform.
2. Select the cog icon > Integrations. The integrations page opens on the Teams tab.
3. Select the Learn365 tab.
4. On the Learn365 row, select Connect.
5. In the API Key field, paste the Learn365 API key you got in the Set up and get the Learn365 API key section of this article.
6. Select Connect.
When the page reloads, you should see the Connected status on the API Key row, with the following message: "Learn365 is connected to Perform & Engage 365."
You can select Disconnect to stop the integration.
Next steps
Once connected, whenever a user accesses their training record in Perform & Engage 365, course and training plan information, together with their progress, will be synced from Learn365. Perform & Engage 365 will sync automatically every day if a user doesn't access their training records.

Organization admins can get an overview of the training that is currently set for employees, and manage and assign training packages. For more information, see this article.
If the integration is set up, does this show both Learn365 and P&E 365, or just Learn365? If it's not set up, they will see training recorded in P&E 365 only.
