Introduction
The Zensai Agent is a single unified assistant that combines capabilities from both Learn365 and Perform & Engage 365. It helps you find out what to learn next, review your goals, view your learning progress, and perform other actions through conversation with the agent.
Prerequisites
The Zensai Agent is an add-on to the Human Success Platform. To use the agent:
- At least Learn365 must be installed on your Microsoft 365 tenant.
- To use Perform & Engage 365 capabilities (goals, check-ins, sentiments, and others), Perform & Engage 365 must be installed as well.
-
The Zensai app (version 1.0.9 and higher) in Microsoft Teams must be installed.
Access the Zensai Agent
Once the Zensai app in Microsoft Teams is updated to the 1.0.9 version, you can access the Zensai Agent via:
- The Zensai chat in the list of your Microsoft Teams chats.
- The Zensai app > Chat tab in Microsoft Teams.
- The Microsoft Copilot > Agents section.
Start a conversation
When you open the Zensai Agent for the first time, write a message (like Hi) to start a conversation.
If you have Perform & Engage 365 installed, the agent will reply with the Sign in button. Select Sign in and authenticate with your Microsoft 365 account.
Once you sign in, the agent greets you and is ready to assist. Based on your organization's subscription, the agent confirms the capabilities available to you.
Ask a question
You can start a conversation by selecting one of the suggested starter prompts, or by entering your own question directly in the chat.

Ask follow-up questions
After the agent responds, you can continue the conversation with follow-up questions. The agent maintains context within the conversation, so you don't need to repeat background information.
For example, if the agent shows your current goals, you might follow up with:
- Which goal is due soonest?
- Can you summarize my progress this month?
- What do I need to do to complete this goal?
Clear conversation history
If you want to start a fresh conversation, you can clear the conversation history with the Zensai Agent. To do that, enter Clear history and confirm the action. This removes the previous conversations from the agent’s memory, meaning the chat messages will remain, but the agent will no longer maintain context of the previous conversations.
If you want to remove the chat messages:
1. In the chat with the agent, select the ellipsis icon at the top.
2. Select Remove chat history from the drop-down and confirm the action.
If you remove chat messages without clearing the conversation history, the agent will retain the context of previous conversations, although the old messages will no longer be visible in the chat.
NOTE
Clearing your conversation history doesn't affect your actual learning records, goals, check-ins, or any other information in Learn365 or Perform & Engage 365.
