This month’s updates bring new ways to make learning more intuitive, AI-powered support more helpful, and everyday processes more flexible and seamless.
From a clearer learning journey to greater control over enrollments and more powerful AI assistance, each enhancement is designed to help you get more value from Zensai and make the most of your Human Success Platform.

Learning
More control over training approval requests
Available in: Grow • Scale • Transform
Approval requests can now be directed specifically to course administrators. This gives organizations another way to define who is responsible for reviewing training approval requests.
With this option, course administrators can receive the requests relevant to the training they manage, helping make responsibility for approvals clearer and giving organizations more flexibility when setting up their workflows.

AI assistance: Smarter support throughout learning

AI assistance in Learn365 is becoming even more powerful, helping learners get more relevant support and making it easier to create engaging learning experiences.
More content for the AI Tutor
The AI Tutor can now use information from Content365 Authoring content packages, giving learners more relevant, real-time help while they learn.
More control for admins
Admins can now choose whether the AI Tutor can also use hidden course files as background knowledge. This makes it easier to provide the AI Tutor with additional context while keeping those files hidden from learners.
More flexibility when creating quizzes
AI can now generate up to 50 questions per quiz, with up to 25 questions for a single question type, making it easier to create more comprehensive assessments with less manual effort.
Together, these enhancements make AI assistance in Learn365 more flexible and useful across the learning experience.

A smooth transition from assignments to assessments
Available in: Grow • Scale • Transform
Organizations can now use the new migration capability to move historical data from legacy assignments into the assessments framework.
The migration preserves relevant learner records and grading history, allowing organizations to move their existing assignment data into assessments without losing important historical information.

User group synchronization gives more control over enrollments
Available in: Grow • Scale • Transform
Keep enrollments in sync with group membership while having more control over when changes to a user group affect your training.
Course Administrators can now pause and resume synchronization between an instructor-led training course or training plan and the user group or Microsoft Entra ID group used to enroll learners. Pausing synchronization freezes the current list of enrolled learners, so changes to group membership no longer affect the training. Synchronization can be resumed at any time to update enrollments based on the group’s current membership.
For training plans, synchronization is managed independently from the individual courses included in the plan. This means that pausing or resuming synchronization for a group in a training plan does not change the synchronization status of that same group on courses where it is enrolled separately.

New UI Updates
Stay on Track brings learning priorities into focus
Available in: Grow • Scale • Transform
The stay on track section on My Training Dashboard > My training has been enhanced to give learners a more focused view of their assigned courses and the training that needs their attention.
The In progress, Overdue, Due soon, and Waitlisted tabs now focus on individual courses rather than displaying courses within their training plan structure to keep focus on the items that require learner's attention.
Instead of having to look across different areas to identify these activities, learners can see their key learning priorities together in one place. This makes it easier to keep track of what is due and what needs to be completed next.

Smoother training plan experience
Managing your learning just got easier. You can now view course details directly from your training plan without leaving the training plan experience. From My Training, Course Catalog, or the Course Catalog home page, you can quickly review course information and take action from the course details panel.
You can also move between courses directly within the details panel, making it easier to browse and review your training without repeatedly opening and closing course pages.
For instructor-led training, you can now select and enroll in available sessions directly from your training plan, without opening the course first. If no sessions are currently available, you can also join the waiting list when one is offered.
Together, these improvements make it easier to explore courses, choose training sessions, and keep progressing through your training plan with fewer clicks and less navigation.
More flexibility for training card layouts
You now have more flexibility in how training is presented. LMS admins can choose whether banner images are displayed on training cards, allowing organizations to use a more compact layout and make better use of available screen space when banners are disabled.
Training home pages also now show custom banner images only when one has been configured. If no custom banner is added, the training is displayed without a banner, creating a cleaner and more consistent experience.
Admins can manage the new Enable training banners setting under Learn365 Admin Center > All catalogs > Global settings > LMS configuration > Advanced settings.
