Introduction
Required role: Super admin.
Super admins can manage admin roles and permissions for other Perform & Engage 365 users from User and License management or Organization > Manage.
IMPORTANT
Manage Super admin assignments with care. Always ensure that at least one active user retains Super admin permissions. Removing admin rights from the last Super admin could prevent your organization from accessing administrative settings.
If your organization was provided with a Zensai or service administrator account during onboarding, don't remove that account unless you have confirmed it's no longer required.
Open Roles & Permissions
From User and License management
1. Select the cog icon at the top of your dashboard then Organization Settings. The settings page opens on the License tab.
