Introduction
The method of deleting users from Perform & Engage 365 depends on whether you're using Microsoft Entra ID sync.
Delete users when you're using Microsoft Entra ID sync
If you're using Microsoft Entra ID sync, then any employee who has left your organization and has been removed from Microsoft Entra ID will be archived on the next sync run.
Delete users when you aren't using Microsoft Entra ID sync
Required role: Super admin.
You can permanently delete a user's account, meaning they can no longer use Perform & Engage 365.
IMPORTANT
Use this feature only if you want to permanently delete them from Perform & Engage 365. This action can't be undone.
Instead of deleting a user's account, you might want:
- Pause it. For more information, see this article.
- Move the user to a different team. For more information, see this article.
- Archive it. For more information, see this article.
1. Select the cog icon at the top of your dashboard then Organization Settings. The settings page opens on the Billing tab.
2. Select the User Admin tab. The USER ADMINISTRATION page opens.
All current Perform & Engage users at your organization are displayed, together with their email address and their manager's last name.
3. Find the user whose account you want to delete. You can use the search box near the top of the page and the navigation tools at the bottom of the page to help.
4. Select the bin icon in the Actions column for the relevant user. The Remove User dialog opens.
5. Read the message in the Remove User dialog carefully.
6. Select OK to delete the user account, or Cancel.
