- Add Perform & Engage 365 users in bulk via file upload
- Add Perform and Engage 365 users manually
Sync user data between Perform & Engage 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)

The most efficient method of user management, especially for larger organizations, is by syncing Perform & Engage 365 with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). Add Perform & Engage 365 users in bulk via file upload

Assign the Department admin role to a user
Required role: Super admin.
You can assign the Department admin role to a user for the purposes of viewing and analyzing data at department level. For information about how to assign the Department admin role to a user, see this article.

Pause an employee's account
Required role: Super admin.

Reactivate a paused account
Required role: Super admin.
When an employee was absent from work for an extended period of time, you might have paused their account so they wouldn't be asked to complete their scheduled check-in, receive reminder notifications, and so on. When the employee returns to work, you should reactivate their account. For information about how to reactivate a paused account, see this article.
